The Emergency Assistance Plan (PAE) establishes a series of information that includes, among others, strategies and procedures that must be adopted to control emergency situations that, by chance, occur in operations, prioritizing damage mitigation, safeguarding the human life as well as nature.
The Individual Emergency Plan (PEI) is the document or set of documents that contains the information and describes the facility's response procedures (organized ports, port facilities, terminals, pipelines, land rigs, platforms and their support facilities, refineries, shipyards, marinas, sailing clubs and similar facilities) to an incident of oil pollution, in waters under national jurisdiction, resulting from its activities. Its content is established by Conama Resolution Nº 398, of June 11, 2008, which provides for the minimum content of the PEI for incidents of oil pollution in waters under national jurisdiction and guides its preparation.

The Environmental Impact Study presents information and technical surveys that deal with a series of studies carried out by specialists in areas corresponding to the project, as well as the environment. This study aims to bring to light every detail of the enterprise in relation to environmental impacts.

Environmental Impact Report is the report originated from the environmental impact study (EIA) where the main information of this study is presented in clear and objective language through more visual techniques that make it possible to understand the advantages and disadvantages of the project and the consequences of its implementation.
